Strange Words at Night

I know the backstory. I look like my grandma, who left him because he cheated on her, and moved 3,000 miles away.  I don't think she was even 20.  :/ Fuck. I wish I would have thought of the significance of that moment for him at the time rather 29 years and 1 week later.  I was thinking about this because I couldn't remember the last time it felt like a man in my life fully "had this."  Or, if I'd ever experienced it.  My grandpa Ken led me during our grandparent dance at the wedding and it surprised me, and I danced like a fucking princess.
